Tracy Farrell has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, starting in administration, and then continuing with Clinical Nutrition, becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Professional, Hormone Training, and becoming an Integrative Health Coach for the last ten years. She has certifications in Small Intestine Bacterial and Fungal Overgrowth (SIBO & SIFO), Bone health, Genetics, and has coordinated wellness programs for clients with autoimmune disorders and thyroid issues such as Hashimoto’s, Graves’ disease, and Crohn's Colitis. Her most recent training includes Peptide Certification and Longevity/Lifespan Focused Medicine training.

She is a firm believer that the only way to accomplish big goals is through small steps. Her data-driven approach, humor, and patience help members create healthy routines to heal chronic conditions, deal with life’s inevitable curveballs, and maintain their health as they age.
